Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 96 hours before the pickup date and time will not bear any cancellation fees. Any cancellation within 96 hours days, from the pickup date and time, will result in the charge of the pre-payment.
Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before pick-up for select models, including those marked ‘On Request’, Minivans, Crossovers, Buggies, and ATV CF Force 520cc Long.
The rental company is authorized to cancel the reservation in any case of misstatements, such as on driver’s license and credit card details etc. and is entitled to charge the entire prepayment. Also, the company is authorized to cancel the reservation 2 hours after the reservation pick up date and time, in case of non-show, without prior notice, and to proceed with the prepayment charge. Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy is based on the initial reservation details.
Penalties
All vehicles are allowed to drive only on paved roads. Driving on the sand, at the beach, in dry lakes or off-road will result in penalties. Also, the company is fully authorised to cease a rental contract without prior notice and without refund, when the renter drives abnormally, when the driving is putting people’s lives in danger or when there is improper use of the vehicle. The driver is liable for all traffic and parking violations during the rental period.
Price Policy
The mentioned rates and offers are valid only for reservations made directly through our online booking system. Please note that prices are subjected to changes without prior notice.

Payments
For online payments through our website the following cards are accepted:
VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express
A credit/debit card is required for the security deposit of the rental vehicle on arrival. The deposited amount will be completed via a preauthorisation and the amount depends on the vehicle model.
For the vehicle’s deposit only VISA and MasterCard are the acceptable types.
The remaining balance fees for vehicle rental have to be settled at the pick-up.
Returning the vehicle (Drop-off)
The hirer is obliged to return the vehicle at the date, time, location and in the same condition, as expressed in the contract. The vehicle has to be returned with the same tank content as received upon delivery. Please note that there is no refund for unused fuel.
RENTING A CAR
Driver requirements: The driver must be 25-75 years old.
Driver’s licence: The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license for at least 2 years.
A passport or ID card is additionally required.
ATTENTION ! For some non-European Drivers, an International Driver’s License may be required. For any clarification, you can contact us at our email address info@motonaxos.com .
Insurances: The following insurances are available:
ATTENTION! There is no insurance coverage if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, any kind of drugs or commits any traffic violations. The driver is liable for all parking and traffic violations during the rental period. No vehicle is allowed to be driven on the sand, on the beach, on dry lakes or off-road. All vehicles are allowed to be driven on paved roads. In case of an accident, a police report is required.
Please NOTE that there is no insurance coverage for damage caused to the tires, mirrors, gearbox, windscreen and inside or underside the vehicle. Also, there is no insurance coverage in case of losing the key.
RENTING A SCOOTER, MOTORBIKE, ATV, OR BUGGY
Driver requirements: The driver must be 25 – 75 years old.
Driver’s license: The driver must hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. For an ATV (over 150cc) or a buggy is obligated a car driving license. For a scooter up to 125cc, a scooter driver’s license is needed, and for a scooter or motorcycle equal or over 125cc, a motorbike driver’s license is needed.
A passport or ID card is additionally required.

Insurances: The following insurances are available.
