Όροι και Προϋποθέσεις για την ενοικίαση οχήματος.

Πολιτική ακύρωσης

Cancellations 72 hours before the pickup date and time will not bear any cancellation fees. Any cancellation within 72 hours days, from the pickup date and time, will result in the charge of the pre-payment. (For models on request the cancellation policy is advised only by email).

The rental company is authorized to cancel the reservation in any case of misstatements, such as on driver’s license and credit card details etc. and is entitled to charge the entire prepayment. Also, the company is authorized to cancel the reservation 2 hours after the reservation pick up date and time, in case of non-show, without prior notice, and to proceed with the prepayment charge.

Παραβάσεις.

Η οδήγηση κάθε οχήματος επιτρέπεται μόνο σε καθορισμένους δρόμους για οδική χρήση. Η οδήγηση εκτός δρόμου, στην άμμο, σε παραλίες και σε αλυκές απαγορεύεται και επιφέρει κυρώσεις. Επίσης η εταιρία είναι πλήρως εξουσιοδοτημένη να διακόψει το συμβόλαιο μίσθωσης, χωρίς καμία ειδοποίηση και χωρίς επιστροφή χρημάτων, όταν η οδήγηση ή η χρήση του οχήματος είναι ακατάλληλη ή όταν ο μισθωτής ή ο οδηγός θέσει σε κίνδυνο την ζωή ανθρώπων. Ο μισθωτής/οδηγός είναι υπεύθυνος για κάθε τροχαία παράβαση ή παράνομη στάθμευση κατά την περίοδο ενοικίασης του οχήματος.

Ειδικός καθαρισμός οχημάτων παρέχεται κατόπιν επιλογής, με έξτρα χρέωση.

Πληρωμή

Για την πληρωμή μέσω της ηλεκτρονικής μας σελίδας είναι αποδεκτές οι παρακάτω κάρτες:

VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express

A credit card is required for the security deposit of the rental vehicle on arrival. The deposited amount will be completed via a preauthorasation and the amount depends on the vehicle model.

For the vehicle’s deposit only VISA and MasterCard are the acceptable types.

Το υπολειπόμενο ποσό για τη εξόφληση της ενοικίασης καταβάλλεται κατά την παραλαβή του οχήματος.

Παράδοση (επιστροφή) οχήματος
The hirer is obliged to return the vehicle at the date, time, location and in the same condition, as expressed in the contract. The vehicle has to be returned with the same tank content as received upon delivery. Please note that there is no refund for unused fuel.

Ενοικίαση αυτοκινήτου

Ο οδηγός πρέπει να πληροί τις προϋποθέσεις και να έχει την απαιτούμενη ηλικία ανάλογα των τύπο του αυτοκινήτου. The driver must be 25-75 years old.
Ο οδηγός πρέπει να έχει έγκυρο δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια. The driver must hold a valid car driver’s license for at least 2 years.
Επιπλέον η παρουσίαση έγκυρης ταυτότητας ή διαβατηρίου είναι απαραίτητη.
ATTENTION ! Για κάποιους μη ευρωπαίους οδηγούς χρειάζεται διεθνή δίπλωμα οδήγησης. Για οποιαδήποτε διευκρίνηση σχετικά με το δίπλωμα σας μπορείτε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας στην ηλεκτρονική μας διεύθυνση info@motonaxos.com .

Ασφάλεια αυτοκινήτων 

• Third-party insurance (3rd.P.I.) is included in all vehicles. In case of an accident the 3rd party insurance covers the cost of the damage you have caused to the other vehicle. You are responsible for any damage caused to the rented vehicle.
• In the event of an accident with the insurance C. D. W. (Collision Damage Waiver) the renter is insured for damages caused to the rented vehicle with an excess (as described for each model).                         

• Insurance S. C. D. W.(Super Collision Damage Waiver) is an optional insurance, which you can add at your rental. You can request further information for this type of insurance by email info@motonaxos.com or at our office on your arrival.

• Insurance F. C. D. W. (Full Collision Damage Waiver) is an optional insurance, which you can add to your rental. You can request further information for this type of insurance by email info@motonaxos.com or at our office on your arrival.

Προσοχή! There is no insurance coverage if the driver is under the influence of alcohol, any kind of drugs or commits any traffic violations. The driver is liable for all parking and traffic violations during the rental period. No vehicle is allowed to be driven on the sand, on the beach, on dry lakes or off-road. All vehicles are allowed to be driven on paved roads. In case of an accident, a police report is required.
Please NOTE that there is no insurance coverage for damage caused to the tires, mirrors, gearbox, winds and inside or underside the vehicle. Also, there is no insurance coverage in case of losing the key.

Ενοικίαση μηχανακιών, μοτοσυκλετών, τετράτροχων (γουρούνες) και buggy

Ο οδηγός πρέπει να πληροί τις προϋποθέσεις και να έχει την απαιτούμενη ηλικία ανάλογα των τύπο του αυτοκινήτου. The driver must be 25 – 75 years old.
Driver’s license: Ο οδηγός πρέπει να έχει έγκυρο δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια. Για την ενοικίαση τετράτροχου (γουρούνας) άνω των 150 κυβικών απαιτείται δίπλωμα οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου.
Επιπλέον η παρουσίαση έγκυρης ταυτότητας ή διαβατηρίου είναι απαραίτητη.

Ασφάλειες

• Third-party insurance (3rd.P.I.) is included in all vehicles. In case of an accident the 3rd party insurance covers the cost of the damage you have caused to the other vehicle. You are responsible for any damage caused to the rented vehicle.
• Flat Tires Insurance (F.T.I) flat tire insurance covers reparations and transportation of the vehicle without additional cost. Please mind that there is no flat tire insurance coverage in case of the tire being destroyed.
